Service Description
Vibrational sound therapy helps to alleviate pain, stress and anxiety by helping your body at the cellular level return to natural harmonious vibration. Every day stresses from work, toxic environments, traumatic events, and relationships cause our bodies to get “out of tune”. This slowed vibration and stuck energy can cause blockages in our fields that can manifest into disease, anxiety, insomnia, etc. Sound therapy was the number one healing modality that helped me through grief and anxiety. I'll help you relax into a meditative (theta) state with a guided meditation and provide the healing sound vibrations using tuning forks, Tibetan & crystal bowls and other instruments for an hour session. All sessions are intuitively guided. I journey on your specific needs prior to your session. This can be done in the comforts of your home for $30 additional fee or one of the several centers I work out of.
